“A December Kind of Peace”

There’s something beautiful about evenings in December. Maybe it’s the soft music playing in the background, or the glow of the lights on the tree…or maybe it’s simply the reminder that peace is something we can choose, even on the busiest of days.

Today, I’m choosing to breathe a little deeper.

To slow down.

To find joy in the small, quiet moments that make this season so magical.

It doesn’t take much to shift the energy of your day – just a peaceful morning, a quiet evening, a grateful heart and a little faith that things are all falling into place.

Here’s to choosing calm.

Here’s to choosing hope.

Herpes to a beautiful December day and a peaceful December evening.

Wishing you love and light,

~Anne Dennish~

“The First Day of the Last Month”

December 1st always arrives with a certain kind of magic. It’s the first day of the last month – the final chapter of a story we’ve been writing all year long.

And maybe this year wasn’t perfect.

Maybe it held moments that broke your heart and moments that helped you heal.

Maybe there were lessons you didn’t ask for, blessings you didn’t expect, and changes you never saw coming.

But here’s the beautiful thing:

You made it here…

To this morning.

To this moment.

To this quiet breath at the end of a long year.

December is a gentle reminder that there’s still time.

Time to make peace with what happened.

Time to embrace what didn’t.

Time to forgive, to release, to soften and to open your heart to whatever is waiting just around the corner.

The page has not closed yet.

You still have 31 days to write something new, to surprise yourself, to choose joy and to rediscover hope.

So today, on this first day of the last month, be proud of who you’ve becomes…and excited for who you’re still becoming.

The story isn’t over.

In fact, the best part might be just beginning.

Wishing you love and light,

~Anne Dennish~

“What Does 2025 Look Like for You?”

December is always a time for me to reflect on the year that’s about to end. I think about what worked and what didn’t, what was worth the effort and what wasn’t, and most importantly, I think about what I’ve learned about myself.

I take all these thoughts and put them into my “New Year Revelations,” because I don’t believe in “resolutions.”

“Revelations” invoke change in us because we’ve learned lessons that we don’t want to forget.

“Resolutions” are promises we make to ourselves that most often get lost midway through January.

So I’m gathering up my thoughts and writing them on paper. They will become my “New Year Revelations.”

And I’m looking forward to taking them all into 2025 with me.

How about you?

Forget about making resolutions. Think about your revelations from this year.

This chapter is almost finished.

What do you want the next one to look like?

Whatever it is, make it amazing!

I know that you can!

Wishing you love and light,

~Anne Dennish~

“Let’s Get Excited!”

hello_december_lets_take

I love the month of December for many reasons. Yes, it’s the holidays but it’s so much more. It’s the excitement of knowing it’s the last month of the year and that a new year is fast approaching. It’s the excitement of making a decision to “take the year out in style!” And that’s what I try to do every year.

Can you feel it the excitement? Do you want to feel that excitement?

Let’s do it together. Let’s change our mindset to one of positive intentions, gratitude for the year that’s about to end and for the new one about to begin, and confidence in knowing that we are the ones in control of having the life that we want!

Let’s welcome the month of December with open arms and take this year out in style!

It’s a good thing!

Wishing you love and light,

~Anne Dennish~

“Happy December!”

Happy December 1st! It’s the first day of the last month of the year! Soon we’ll be welcoming a whole new year…

Until then, how are you going to spend the last month of 2017, a month filled with many holidays?

I know it’s a “hustle and bustle” time of year as we prepare for the holidays we celebrate, yet be sure to take some time to enjoy the holiday and embrace those celebrating with you. All too often the holiday is over before we could even enjoy it and a lesson I learned throughout the years is this: stop and look around at the loved ones surrounding you and let your heart take a picture! Enjoy each and every moment!

“Welcome December!”

Wishing you love and light,

~Anne Dennish~
